1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lucien AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Lucien AI provides an AI-powered SMS concierge service for service-based businesses. Our platform enables automated booking, payment processing, and customer communication via SMS messaging.

The service includes but is not limited to: appointment scheduling, payment collection, automated responses, customer memory features, and a business dashboard for oversight and control.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees incurred.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

6. SMS Communications

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before using our service to send SMS messages. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lucien AI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lucien AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
