1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Lucien AI website, services, and the Mira product operated by Lucien AI LLC. We may also use "Powered by Mira" as a branded marketing line in connection with Mira. By using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our related policies.
2. SMS Program Name and Description
Lucien AI LLC offers the Mira SMS Program. In branded materials, this experience may also be presented as "Powered by Mira." This program sends conversational, transactional, and customer-care messages that may include onboarding updates, account notifications, booking coordination, appointment reminders, payment confirmations, and support follow-ups.
Message content depends on your relationship with Lucien AI LLC or with a business using Mira to communicate with you.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
Message and data rates may apply.
4. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By checking an optional consent box, submitting a form with clear SMS disclosure, texting a business first, or otherwise providing express consent, you agree to receive messages covered by the Mira SMS Program.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase, registration, or use of non-SMS portions of the service unless messaging is strictly required to complete a requested service.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for ensuring that you have authority to consent to messages sent to your number.
5. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to cancel.
Reply HELP for help.
After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you need help, you may also contact us at lucien@lucienfaber.ai.
6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the Mira SMS Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Lucien AI LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records.

8. Acceptable Use and Compliance
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send unsolicited, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages
- Use the service for prohibited marketing, affiliate spam, or unauthorized campaigns
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or messaging infrastructure
- Violate the TCPA, carrier rules, privacy laws, or other applicable laws
